Mixed Models and GEE in R

The script used in this demonstration can be downloaded and run in R or RStudio. Its line numbers match the script.R tab. It reads its data files from the course website, so the computer needs an internet connection. Install the packages it loads once, before the first run: install.packages(c("lmerTest", "geepack")).
